Account deletion

Delete your Patrascan account and data

You can delete your account yourself in the app in a few seconds. If you no longer have the app, send us a request below.

Option 1: in the app (instant)

  1. Open Patrascan and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm with Delete account.

Your account and all backed-up data are deleted from our servers straight away, and the cards on your phone are cleared.

What gets deleted

  • Your account: email address, name, sign-in method and plan.
  • All backed-up contacts, folders, tags, notes, reminders and card images.
  • Your devices, push notification tokens, active sign-ins and any pending sign-in codes.
  • Feedback you sent from the app.

What we keep, and for how long

  • A record that your account was deleted and of this request (email address and date), kept to show we handled it and to meet legal obligations.
  • Server security logs, which are deleted automatically within 30 days.
  • Purchase records held by Google Play or Apple, under their own policies. Deleting your Patrascan account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in your Play Store or App Store subscriptions.

Cards stored only on your phone

If you never turned on cloud backup, your cards exist only on your phone. Uninstalling Patrascan deletes them.

Option 2: request deletion

Use the email address you signed in with. We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
